Soon to be southern famous! This hearty dish starts with garlic jalapeño grits topped with pepper jack cheese, with a helping of a shrimp and sausage married in a spicy cream sauce. This dish is served with mini sweet jalapeño corn muffins, great for dipping!
GRILLED PIMENTO CHEESE SQUARES
The handmade pimento cheese spread starts with blocks of sharp cheddar and pepper jack and a secret supply of spices & dressings. Grilled up on a white or wheat bread, this squared sandwich makes a great appetizer. Paired with thick cut bacon, it will make a meal.
My take on a classic Rueben…Whole wheat wrapped pastrami, Boar’s Head sauerkraut, aged Swiss cheese and topped with a chipotle-sweet pickle dressing, then grilled to perfection.
If you’re a fan of the egg-plant, this dish is for you. House-made meat sauce containing sausage and beef, layered with sautéed eggplant, my own blend of cheeses, and fresh herbs topped with aged Asiago Cheese. One of my new favorites!
CHILI (ALL MEAT NO BEANS!)
This is the best chili around! The meat includes beef, fresh sausage, smoked sausage, smoked steak, and the "beans" of this chili are thick cuts of bacon. Beans are used as filler in most chili. I use bacon as my filler! Just the right amount of heat leaves you wanting another bowl. (Served with sour cream, sharp cheddar, and chives.)
A quick pan fried tilapia wrapped in a soft flour tortilla with a spinach mushroom cream sauce topped with a fresh avocado slice and served with house made chips and salsa!
Fresh sausage, eggs, onions, peppers, and cheese cooked all together and wrapped up tight in a flour tortilla then grilled for a crunchy bite. This is accompanied by a mango salsa that rocks!
CHICKEN FRIED CHICKEN
Boneless, skinless, and butterflied chicken breast fried to a golden brown served with garlic redskin mashed potatoes, your choice of side item, and biscuits.
If you like black eyed peas, you’ll love my take on a classic creole dish. Garlic, onions, sausage, rice, & black eyed peas all cooked together for one big pot of happiness! This is a side dish or a meal.
Creamed corn fried in grandma's cast iron skillet with fat back and heavy cream.
Cauliflower steamed then basted in parmesan cheese before being mashed.
Red-skinned potatoes mashed with garlic-infused butter and heavy cream.
Lightly battered and golden fried topped with a light blueberry wine reduction and powdered sugar.
Your basic cheese cake..only battered, fried, dipped in graham cracker crumbs, then laid to rest on a chocolate drizzle and topped with a strawberry syrup!
